My first step in the digital process after conducting some initial research was to start the rough draft of the graphic. I used the drawing assist feature in procreate and the technical pen brush to keep my lines sharp. Later on I broadened some of the lines to match more closely with other line weights.
Once the rough draft was sharp I made the final line art black the background a softer grey to make the white appear brighter in the outcome. and kept to muted colors or desaturated pastels. This is the final “graphic” part of this design.
After the background was done the text needed to be laid out. Which was done in Adobe Illustrator, it was fun to find a font that was befitting for this project. The step between here and the completed copy was done in a software called Shader Glass, a suggestion from a fellow student.
